Strategy Challenge is a Hong Kong based business advisory specializing in leadership consulting and  coaching  for businesses and organizations, primarily in Asia Pacific.

Steve Ellis has been managing and leading businesses in the region for over 25years. As President of Henkel  Technologies group, Steve has lived in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Melbourne. During that time he has managed regional operations and developed business relationships at the highest levels with some of the region’s most well known organizations.

In 2007 Steve set up Strategy Challenge to provide leadership consulting services to senior management(s) and teams, backed up by his considerable experience in the region. Leadership consulting ranges in activity from CEO coaching, team building and evaluation, management assessment, organizational change and strategy development.

In addition to leadership consulting, Steve is  trained as a Cert IV level business coach and is an active member of the International Coach Federation.

Performance management

Steve also regularly speaks on leadership issues at company meetings and events. He is currently also on the business advisory board of The Monash University Centre for green Chemistry, advising on business opportunities for the centre throughout the Asia Pacific region.Steve holds a Master’s degree in Asia Pacific political and Economic Studies (Leeds University) and is an alumni of Columbia Business School, New York, INSEAD, Fontainbleau and IMD in Lausanne. Steve is based in Hong Kong.
